"We first met Michele and the VISUALMINE team at the AIS index show in May. We were most impressed by the capability and ease of use of the touchscreen and once we experienced the speed and quality we were sold.
Michele, Stuart and the team were passionate and engaging, they would make the most excellent floor coverings sales people! It’s been a pleasure to deal with them and their after care support has been great.
The furnishings sector is a challenging market so we wanted to provide our customers with the best experience possible. Choice can be overwhelming so once they have made the effort to come to Austins we want to make it as easy as possible it help them choose and VISUALMINE is an excellent selling tool."

"We first had the chance to try VISUALMINE in May during our annual AGM Carpet 1st meeting and show. Both myself and George where blown away with product. Michele from VISUALMINE gave us a tour of the visualiser, talked us through the easy steps to set up the application and how to use the different settings. We were amazed by the different layouts and the attention to detail the visualiser offers from adding a door mat, changing the lighting colour and the layout / fitting design detail.
It’s an easy to use, self-explanatory, self-teaching product that everyone in our shop picked up how to use straight away. The screen has been put in the middle of our shop so both salespeople and customers can use and explore the different products available to them. Giving them the opportunity to be more daring and experimental with their choice seeing the product and how it looks before taking the plunge. In today’s market we are finding our work consists of larger more expensive jobs, so it adds reassurance to our customers giving them confidence in their choice.
Dealing with Michele and the company freetail has been an absolute pleasure. They have been incredibly helpful, efficient and organised in every aspect of the work. I cannot recommend them and the product enough.
I look forward to dealing with them in the near future with the updates and progression they have planned."
